Technical Manager, North America
Craig is responsible for providing sales and technical support to the North American customers. After obtaining a PhD in Animal Nutrition from the University of Georgia in 1988, Craig spent 6 years as an assistant Professor / Poultry Specialist in the Animal Science department at Washington State University. He joined the commercial animal feed enzyme industry in 1994 in the technical service team and led the launching of feed enzymes in North America.
Craig has enjoyed over 20 years experience in animal nutrition, with emphasis on alternative feed ingredients and feed quality including the area of moulds and mycotoxins in grain. He has worked extensively in the area of feed additives, especially on the utilisation of feed enzymes in monogastric diets. He joined the AB Vista team in spring 2008. He lives in North Carolina with his family and enjoys long runs, and a glass of fine wine!
